7/19 Shooter AMPS 340, +10 55, PMPS 107, +4 369

He had some nice blues yesterday, Heather. I don't know about the shot sites or depths. I have a pretty short needle on my syringes and always give in the left shoulder area. It is easier to pull of the skin (tent-like) and also have a little control over Susie in case she decides to bolt.

I try to shoot in a different spot every times. I read they can develop scar tissue if you do the same place. Not sure if it’s true or not. How was Susie’s AMPS this morning?

I move the shot placement around too but it is always in her left shoulder. Susie had a really high AMPS as expected (385) but she is down to 257 at +6.7. Now, I'm wondering when she is going to bounce if she hasn't already started.

Hi Heather! It seems to me that your Shooter is a late NADIR cat judging by the last stretch of few weeks on his spreadsheet. (This can move around too over time). So I would suggest planning on getting another test in the +8 timeframe for awhile to see what he’s doing. For example at AM +6 today he was still coming down pretty significantly so when you see sth like that in future I would plan on another test 1-2 hours later.

And to answer your question about shot sites - YES. Pearl is more responsive when I shoot the sides of her belly, and left side of her body more effective than right side believe it or not! I’ve thought about notating my chart each cycle about where the shot is, but for Pearl the pattern is pretty clear.

I hope this helps!

Yes, the way he is bounding tonight makes me wonder if he dipped lower than 50 around that +8 you were talking about.

Thanks for telling me about Pearl's shot sites. Makes me feel better that I'm not crazy. lol
