I know, this is definitely not where I want Mary to be and the increasing insulin doses isn't making any difference/is actually sending her higher :YMSIGH: The urinalysis yesterday at her recheck didn't show any signs of a UTI.

I was wondering if you could please update her SS? It would be very helpful in looking at her numbers overall.
Just based on what I'm seeing, I don't think she is any higher than she has been. She got into some high 300s on 1u. The green numbers you saw at .75u were shed from the 1u dose.
I think you just have to keep taking her up religiously every six cycles unless she starts to come down. Other than the 162 the other day, she's relatively flat.
Hang in there....she will reach a breakthrough dose and she isn't really getting all that much insulin at this point.
