hi all,
Praying for Simon, Cleo and Guinness

last night it was hot here...and dry...he was out on the balcony until 11:30 pm which is when i brought him inside....he slept ok after he got his bupe...but then at 2ish he meowed so loud...usually the howling is similiar to when he is about to throw up a hairball....so i rushed out of bed and petted him on his back (this usually helps if it's a hairball) but nothing....he was just looking for me....i took him to bed and then at 3ish...again...he was restless for sure....then 4ish then 5ish....finally at 5.15 i got up to test him....and get ready for fluids....

not a bad number....

he ate breffis and snack....when i left to come to work he was on his bed by the window ready to nap!!!

left an extra ice cube on his food as it will be another hot day here...he also got extra fluids....

dh can't go check on him....but i'm sure both Comet and Rocket will be ok....we do not have AC at home...so the windows are open

ok...back to work...
will try to visit condos later....

Nice start to Rocket's day... wonder what he was so vocal about last night? Hope you're able to get some rest tonight!!

Hi guys .. a nice start indeed .. mocha howls at night too .. not so much anymore now that she has free reign over the house again, but when she was locked up with us at night she could go on .. and on and on and on!

You must be super tired today after getting up so many times with Rocket last night. Simon sometimes does that in the middle of the night, howling for no reason. I do think they are just wanting some attention and need some cuddle time. Thanks for your advice today on Simon's condo and for your continued prayers for us.

yikes!

oh well.....he ate some of his food during the day....it is warm here and i got him to eat at pmps time....he has been on the balcony getting the breeze and fresh air....much much better for him than being inside....

with this heat....i don't foresee taking a nap :(

oh well....i'm not going to complain....i'm happy Rocket is enjoying his time out, eating, and all is ok....antijinx!!!!!
 
Maybe Rocket was looking for a girlfriend last night! :lol:

I might've missed this...what did the vet say that red bump was? It sounded like it was here one day, gone the next.
 
Couldnt go to sleep without saying HI to our friends here!!! Rocket is doing great but hey, let your bean sleep! Moonie sometimes hops onto the bed middle of the night, but doesnt make noise- just feel her hopping on! -Rocket may get lonely!--How about a small fan for him? for when you are gone?--Hope the heat breaks soon for all of us!

These dear kitties, I think the older they get the more we love them--That's how it is with us!!
