Panzer has been having some really nice cycles & some bounces, which he seems to clear rather quickly. He was @88@ AMPS so I only gave him 2 units instead of 2.25. His PMPS & +4 are a little higher than last night but we are talking about Panzer here who loves to drop anywhere between +4 & AMPS  he's been being himself running everytime I go towards the test area, he even sleeps in his test box sometimes. The disposable gloves are working out great for all of the extra testing we are doing. Hopefully he will have a good cycle like he did last night but I'm optimistic because I only shot 2units @AMPS. I shot the full 2.25@ PMPS. I guess we will see, the only day I can't monitor of course is Wednesday. My ex roommate that feeds on Wednesday's is going out of state this coming weekend & will be gone for the next 2 Wednesday's :arghh: so I guess I will be pulling out the auto feeders this weekend so I can try & get them to eat out of them for those 2 days for the +8 AMPS feeding. I have a question about the Lantus pocket that Panzer has. Does it ever go away? Will he get another one where I'm shooting him at now?I haven't been shooting there & ever since I haven't his #s have been really good. https://felinediabetes.com/FDMB/thr...ose-increase-food-switch.264440/#post-2962696

I don’t know what a lantus pocket is. Explain please.
Im not real sure what it is but someone confirmed in one of my posts that that's what it is. By feeling it,it's like a lump kinda where you shoot at which is/was just below his shoulder blade.

We’re you shooting in the exact same spot every time? I always varied the location and shot mostly on the flank or tummy.
Yes I've always shot in the same place until I noticed that pocket. I am pretty limited to the right side of his body. He jumps away from me if I try anywhere on the left side. I was trying to find the post where I posted about it but haven't found it yet.

Here we go again 75@+7. They eat @+8 which I'm sure he will be lower. I can always tell when he's low because it's hard to get blood.

I walk into the kitchen about 30mins prior to testing to go clean the cat boxes in the cat room. Panzer was on the stove drinking the the broth that I had boiled his chicken in about 30mins before that. I guess he was thirsty  at least it's something he can have.
