Yesterday

Im sure he went lower last night, but I couldn't keep myself awake - it was hard pressed to make it to the +3.

I wish I knew what was causing these headache (they're actually migraines, but I don't like calling them that). Ive been getting headcahes (some bad some just eh) everyday for the last 2 weeks. Usually starts around 4pm. It's weird.

Gordy threw up his brekkie while I showered. There was a hairball in it. i waited a little bit and gave him 1/2 of his new meal and I'll see if he keeps it down before feeding the rest.

Have you had big fluctuations in barometric pressure where you live? That'll set me off.

Have you tried seeing a chiropractor? When I struggled with bad headaches for 3 weeks straight and meds wasn't helping, seeing the chiropractor really helped.

@Kris & Teasel It could be the barimetric pressure, we've been getting a lot of storms.

I have a standing appointment every 4 weeks. My chiro is only $52 a visit. I cannot afford NOT to go. She keeps me pain free and healthy. This appointment is built into my budget. A lot of chiropractors will give you a better rate if you are consistently going to them, ie every 4 -6 weeks as it is easier for them to adjust you as you are not as severely out of alignment. I could not be with out mine...... Just saying.......

Until I have my savings built up, I can't afford to. Not to mention... its hard to squeeze in an appt most places when you work 8.5hr days and have to be home every 12 for t/f/s =/ just not in my cards at the moment.

(Disclaimer, i used to go to a chiropractor regularly, so I know it can do wonders.)
