Happy Caturday to all in L&LL

Well, what can I say, Crystal had a brilliant day yesterday as far as her numbers were concerned, with a good spell in green, very happy with her. Started off good this morning as well at 99 and has continued a nice blue surf this cycle. Don't know what to do about tonight though, we are out to a Murder Mystery dinner at friends and have to leave about 30 minutes after PMPS, I think it might be a late night and not likely to be back before +6 so I was thinking of missing the R altogether. As much as I hate to lose the momentum, I want her to be safe while I'm not here, and she wont be getting fed regularly either during the course of the evening. Oh well, we will just have to get back on track tomorrow morning as best we can, it's not the end of the world.

Wonderful 24 hours for Crystal! And yay for you getting out for the evening - Crystal has a depot the "size of Lake Michigan" (Sandy's words) which is a very big lake here in the US. It will continue to help her blood sugar tonight while you're out.

Thanks Wendy, BJ, Elise, Peg, Laura, Tricia, Lori, Bron and Julie for visiting. We survived the Murder Mystery but were pretty hopeless at guessing who it was, we even had a retired police detective amongst us and he couldn't fathom out the murderer but it was great fun - and Crystal was at 151 when we got home at +7 so no harm done, thank goodness, although she was very hungry!

This morning's AMPS was 185 so we are back using the 6uR. All in all a good "experiment" and now I can feel more confident (antijinx) at leaving her in the evening. Over the next 6 weeks there are going to be quite a few occasions when we will be out for the whole evening - we have three separate lots of visitors due so it will be a very busy time for me but its good knowing that I can stop and pick up the R dosing as needed.

She is certainly doing so well. She doesn't seem to be bouncing either from the lower numbers at all.

Thank you Bron. I agree, she has just carried on with hardly a blip (so far) but I have learned to expect the unexpected with her so mustn't become too complacent.
