Not quite a green AMPS this morning, but pretty darn close!!...and with the 73 at PMPS, it might be another long night!

Of course Miss China may have other plans too...she often does ;)

The arnica gel arrived....now I just need someone to rub it in for me!....LOL (I can get it most everywhere I need it though)

Sure hoping it's as good as everyone says it is! I have to go to Columbia for pain clinic on Wednesday and I'm sure not looking forward to driving for 5+ hours if this shoulder is still bad!

Day 2 of "heat dome" and the heat index was 113 this afternoon....Not sure if we're going to make it 10 days like this! It's awful!

Nice numbers for China today. I hope she surfs safely tonight. I hope the arnica helps your shoulder. Sending prayers.
 
China, don't give Momma a long night tonight rather, surf safely.

Hope the arnica helps, I love the stuff. I put Traumeel ( anrnica and other great stuff) on Bubba's orbital area prior to his eye removal and there was very little swelling afterwards. You would be amazed at the photo of him hours after surgery. Arnica is a great natural anti-inflammatory agent as well as analgesic.

Good luck at the pain clinic Wednesday. Maybe you will be able to cancel the appointment. ;)
 
My arnica just came, too. Haven't tried it out yet. I'll be interested to hear how yours works. I wish it would help my sciatica, but I don't think that's going to happen.

Gorgeous surf tonight, China. Harvey was happy to join you, too. He was so lazy on the beach today, but he was watching you!
