Go Alice Go!!! Let Day 2 of the OTJ trial begin!!
Alice is yet another example of just how much of a difference home testing can make in caring for a diabetic kitty. Especially after a diet change.
My own Cassanova was being shot blind 11u bid and being fed dry prescription food before I adopted him. Much like your Alice if I had changed his diet and not tested I wouldn't still have my big orange fellow.
I can not stress enough vet testing is not enough to keep your kitty safe.

You are so right, Mel!
And, you know, two weeks ago I was afraid this was going to be so HARD! That I'd never be able to prick poor Alice's ears once, much less multiple times a day. But now, I'm use to it, Alice is use to it, even the other kitties are use to it and come gather round just in case I'm being generous with the treats! :lol:
