This morning I decided to try to put him up just a bit, to see if I can get him into the blues on the evening cycles.
He was getting 0.25 units for 14 cycles.
He went low once in those 14 cycles, and was in the yellow for about half of the 14.
I am calling the dose I shot 0.4 on my spread sheet...
I pulled up at least one unit of insulin, knocked the syringe for air bubbles, expressed it to 0.5, and then pushed out one more drop of insulin.
I am calling that 0.4 for my spread sheet purposes.
Ostensibly it is less than a half unit, and more than a quarter.
I think I can reliably measure that using the steps I described.
