Hi guys. This is a broader question about his progress as he is hitting the blue numbers sometimes but it's still so random. Mornings are still so high and some days he just stays up there with the occasional good day. Please excuse the last 2 nights I've had heart problems and had to sleep through or Nelson might not have his mum at home. Should I increase again or stick with it a bit longer. Thanks in advance

Sorry to hear you haven't been well. You absolutely have to take care of you so you can care for Nelson.

Since you are following TR, and nadirs are mostly between 150 and 200 - you should increase. Doses with nadirs between 100 and 200 shouldn't be held much longer than 8 cycles.

Thanks, he's just freaked me out with how random he is. Just recorded a +6 of 121. I mean that's fantastic but should I still increase?

The goal is greens, his nadirs are still blue. Yes, increase.
