Good Morning LL!! ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) (LOTS! DGS is coming today - I need ENERGY!), and Happy Wednesday!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, Lil Bit, kitteh barista!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! GUESS WHAT! Today is WACKY WEDNESDAY!!!, and anything can happen! Lola and Bug want to make their wackin' wednesday pizza pies, with.... I dunno what with! :shock: They want to put wacky to the test, so decided to put on blindfolds, and grab whatever they can with no clue as to what it is, :shock: and that will be what goes into the pies. OH OH..... i dunno about this.... so far there are really weird smells coming out of that kitchen, but alot of "WOW! LOOK AT THAT! This is mega good!" so.... order at your own risk today - i got no clue what is in those pies... I do know that there no wacky Wednesday coffee... nope! just regular GOOD STUFF! so. well. anyways. ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and triple shot espressos, with beans from Starbucks Pike Place Market, their original blend, AND.... for all my Mocha fans: a venti quad peppermint white chocolate mocha, with peppermint infused whip, garnished with peppermint candy chips and white chocolate shavings......SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of peppermint and vanilla and chocolate swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, topped with crushed peppermint candies and chocolate drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good! TJ's dunking cookies and Cronuts are along for the ride!

I hope everyone had a great day yesterday. I did - the trip to Seattle was fun. I elected to spend some time in town, before connecting with my friend. I was glad I did. It had been a while since I had just gone there to play a little. This is what I wrote in last night's post: "Hi everyone! Happy Tuesday evening. I did make it into Seattle today. I decided to leave early, before meeting my friend, and play tourist for a couple of hours. :cool: I Just decided what the heck, why not! omg - i think every tourist in Seattle was at the market. BUSY! It was fun, just played tourist for a few hours. I had to visit the fish market, watch them put on the show that they do. I was just a spectator today, didn't toss or catch any fish. :lol: :lol: It was fun to watch though. The tossing guy was teaching a kid how to catch them, and then sent him back behind the fish counter to do just that. It was fun - he did catch it, and a chorus of cheers from all the spectators. it so made that kids day. Had a good time, even with it being as busy as it was. All kinds of folks there, from the weirdo's to the ultra conservatives. Nice day to be out, even when the clouds started moving in. : ) We are due for some rain and thunderstorms tonight. - YAY! Normalcy in MusketeerVille! :-D I was gone most of the day yesterday, and was elated to come home to the welcoming committee once again. Bug was yakking away on the sofa's edge that borders the top of the landing. I guess he thought there was eminent danger of him starving, and wanted to make sure I would address the issue, sooner than soon. Sorry buddy - but you were an hour early! Lola was being Lola :shock: :shock: :lol: She too was there, rolling on the stairs, flopping over and over, flipping few times. Funny in that she never fell of the step. Way to go kitty! :lol: :lol: Elsa was on eh lower set of steps, and kept looking back and forth between Lola and Bug, meowing, as if to say: " no.... i am so not related to them. no way, no how!" you gotta love it: a three ring circus. Things were rather quiet last night. Once fed they all settled down for a nap. I went to bed a little early, but could hear them upstairs after a few: running up and own the hall, over and over again. :shock: :shock: ah heck, who needed to sleep anyways. They sure didn't! :lol: :lol:

Have a great day everyone! I am on DGS duty today. Nicholas and I will be going swimming, more than likely. Wednesday is swim day, and I have no doubt he will want to go. I hope his mom and WIlliam will come too. She's expressed interest, so maybe today. We figure she can walk the beach area, which is really shallow, still be able to hold and care for William and still be able to watch Nicholas do his thing. He so wants his mom to see. So... maybe today? :-D

Fun fun fun! That is one place that I would love to see someday. Playing tourist is good to do every now and then. Have a wonderful day with the fish! :-D
 
That Market looks so great! But really???? A gum wall???? :lol: Gross :lol: Glad you had a great visit with your friend, and the kitties gave you such a show when you got home :lol: Have fun swimming with your DGS and hopefully his Mom will come ;-) Have a fun day Michelle and thanks for the pics!
 
Hi guys .. I loved the photos from your day out yesterday .. seems like such a fun place to visit! I hope that all of you are able to get to the pool .. I bet Nicholas would just love that ..
 
Morning Pam ~O) ~O) ~O) THX on the pics. The market her really is alot of fun, and YES on that gum wall, first time I have ever seen that, though it looks like it has been there along time: very long, and totally covered with chewed gum. :lol: THX on all: yesterday was nice, today will be good. My DD just called,and she is coming too. It should be a blast. DGS will get to show off his swimming skills! :-D :cool: Me too on the kitty show -love it!

Morning Devon ~O) ~O) ~O) THX on the photos - it is a fun place to go. YES on the pool. mom just called, she is coming, so hooray!! Nicholas will be so happy. it will be his chance to show off. Fun times await this morning.
 
Hi Michelle, those pics of Pike's Place Market are so neat and touristy. That is one place I, too, would love to visit if I e ver make it to Seattle. Sounds like a nice way to spend the day. Did you buy any fresh fish to take home? With the heat, you would need to have a cooler.
Hey Bug and Lola, I will take two of your wacky Wednesday pizzas. :lol: And Elsa, is that your new Signature foam, how cool? Love the Triple Espressos from Pike's Place, my fav Starbucks beans, thanks a bunch.
Sounds like a nice day, and Lola and Bug are having the time of their lives playing together. I think it helps Elsa just having companionship.
Have a great day with Nicholas, and hope the big pool is open. If not, I know he'll love just swimming. I hope Erin and Willia, were able to join you.

Hey Lil Bit!

Yuck! Bleck! Ick! My pizza delivery came today and it was so wacky gross, I had to spit it out! I don't know how those two thought marshmallows, honey, salmon and olives are a good combination on a pizza! Do you think they were trying to be funny cause they know I can't see what they're giving me?! Bleck! Even my bean thought it was gross!

We will wait until tomorrow to place another order. I just sure hope they don't try to serve me Wacky Wednesday pizza on Thursday!

And my bean needs some coffee and ice cream quick to get the taste out! Me. I oopsied, so please bring Ollie and his sponges when you come back!

The market looks like a neat place to explore. I love the kitty welcoming committee and how it showed each cat's personality. I hope you had a good day swimming with Nicholas, Erin and William.
 
Hi Everyone! I hope your day has been a good one. DD Erin and DGS William did make it up her today so DGS Nicholas was more than happy to show them the ropes at the pool. The energizer FISH was just that: ENERGIZED! We had a great time today. Erin and William stayed the day, went to the pool with us, hiked the trails too. Little guy had such fun showing off for mom, showed her all his tricks, and played very hard. Heck he even went under the dumping pole buckets for her, got nailed several times. That was fun, and a first for him. And as normal these days he still is asking for the big pool. oh well, he seems to get why he can't. Erin had fun, it was good for her to see her son do his thing. The new little guy did OK too, slept through most of it. : ) We hiked the trails after the pool, and went berry hunting. Nicholas was fun - he kept guiding mom long showing her where the berries were. :-D ;-) We wrapped tings up about 1PM, headed abck to my house so Nicholas could nap, William too, and we could get a bite to eat. We hadn't pulled out of the pool parking lot yet when Erin started to laugh. "He's asleep already" she says. Yes that he was - guess those energizer batteries needed some serious recharging. :-D It was such a fun day.

Hi Ann - THX on the pics - it is a fun place. no on the fish, I didn't, since I wasn't headed on home for a while, and I really didn't have anyway to keep it cool. Sure did look good though! THX too n today - we all did get to go swimming, it was fun,. Still ni big pool though, and I expect that won't happen until September. bummer! I agree too on Elsa's role int he play of the others. I do believe it is enough for her just to have companionship. You're welcome too on the mirtz etc stuff. Hope it helps.

Hi Carla - Yes, it is, a very fun place, lots of unusual shops, with the best produce too! The fish market there is legendary. That is a good summation of the welcoming committee - they all do it a little different, makes it kinda fun. THX on today - it was FUN!

Hi Liz - We did! I so agree on William, and I will be doing that in a few months, when I can figure out how to handle two of them in the water. :shock: Today he slept through most of it. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Wow on the Pike's Place Market - I would love to spend a day there. The bakery items looked luscious!!

Hi Jane - YHX on the pics. I could not agree more on the bakery items there - they are as good as they look, and the fish markets! omg... the best! Me too on Nicholas: he was so proud. It was just so great!
 
Great pictures of Pike Place Market. I've been there, but it's been years. It does look a little like our Granville Island Market but more fish, and without a gum wall. :lol: :lol:

So cool that Erin got to see the Energizer Fish in action. It sounds like he was indeed showing off for mom and little bro'. Fabulous day today. We got about 30 drops of rain first thing this morning, but then the clouds burned off early.

Sounds like you had a great couple of days. I'm glad that Erin got to go to the pool and see the Fish in action! I haven't been to Pike's Place in years It seems like there is always something else around the corner there!

Um! I think I'm w/ you Elsa, bring back Tuna Tuesday!!! I think I'll put a hold on my order for Wacky wednesday Pies! Maui is right! Yuck! -- Tess
 
Hi Linda - THX, and that we did. It was good, and fun. I have to agree: awesome weather! A little cloudy here at first but it cleared up. :-D

Hi Wendy - Hi Wendy - THX on the pics, it was a fun day. I have to agree on the fish - they do so well with it here, lots of variety, And YES on that gum wall! sheshhhh! :lol: :lol: I was glad too that Erin could amke it today - it's hard when you are a working mom to see the daily activities, so this was really nice. We hope for more before she goes back to work. YES, on Nicholas: he was so excited to able to show mom things. What a proud smile on his face. It was great. We got about that much rain too, the rest of the day was warm, but cloudy, until about 1/2 in the afternoon when it broke.
 
Hi Ann - It has been a good few days, busy, but I like them that way. I stay out of trouble then. :lol: :lol: It was so great that Erin could come today. Sure hope for more before she has to return to work in September. Oh yes on the market, things are always in a state of flux, something new is always around the corner. Some shops too have been there for years.

Tess - I so agree! I likes TUNA TUESDAY! I so hope they rethink wacky Wednesday! It was just mega weird. I so hope tomorrow is normal.... ~~ Elsa
