A nice lower blue start today. She threw up a little this morning - no fur, just bile. It was about 30 minutes before shot time, so she might have had an upset tummy from not having anything in her stomach. She's showing off some action this morning after my questioning her numbers last night.:D

For the last few months, she's basically hung out in this small area of the living room, or the third bedroom with the walk in closet - she spends most of her time in the walk in closet. Last night, I had gone to lay down and read before bed, and that was apparently not what she wanted, because she walked back to just outside the bedroom to yell at me to come pet her. How rude of me to not be where she wanted me.:joyful: But we were both surprised that she had walked back to where she was since she hadn't in ages.

I hope everyone has a good Wednesday!

Don’t you know what Kit wants? Your undivided attention at all times, please:p
That’s a really cute story that she came and let you know she was unhappy with your evening plans:rolleyes:
So far, she’s looking good today and she looked nice last night too:)
I know you like a lot of greens and it seems like she’s doing pretty well on this dose.
I hope the Solencia shot is making her feel good.
Hope you have a cool and comfortable day today, Alicia and Kit.:bighug::bighug:

Boy does she ever. But she's been the way her whole demanding little tortoiseshell life. And she's so cute that of course I can't resist! :joyful:

I do really love the greens. I just also really wanted her to be really regulated as I went into this next academic year because I fear it's going to be a complete cluster:spam:, quite the :spam:show if you will. And my brain is convinced I should be able to will it into existence. It doesn't help that the first time before she went into remission it was so easy, so it just feels like I'm not doing as good of a job this time. But brains are dumb sometimes, so you just have to push past them when they're wrong. Poke it with a stick and tell it to behave (maybe not literally, no lobotomies here! - can you tell I'm maybe a little sleepy again? :joyful::joyful::joyful::joyful:).

Hahahahaha, funny girl! :joyful::joyful::joyful:
Don'tya know that you are supposed to read her mind? :joyful:
Mikan has this seasonal place preference - she loved to stay in the basket full of old linens on the top of the shelf during the winter but she would not even look at it now. Her preferred hideout now is the tiny space under and behind the bathtub where I have to twist myself like a pretzel to get her out. Hopefully, she'll move onto the next place easier for me to get to
Kit cat's numbers look fantastic this morning. Hope she cruises nicely and steadily today! :bighug:

Oh, I know that pretzel well! Kit wasn't up high, but she definitely was in the bottom of the linen closet for a long while, and girl was like, no I WILL NOT come out, just twist your self in here and do the thing, ma'am.
Weirdly, the closet seems warmer than the rest of the apartment when I'm in there, but she's also the cat who wanted to go out on the balcony in the summer and laze in the sunbeams on the hottest day.
I hope you see some cooler weather soon. We've got a few days of nice weather coming up, and maybe no rain for a cool minute (we've about 4" since Saturday and today is the first day since Saturday that there isn't any rain in the forecast - it's nuts).

Hello Alicia and Kit!
I love that story about Kit asking for pets. Funny and sweet.
She's looking great again. Surf safely sweet girl.

Morning...(7/18) looks like Kit is having a good day for herself so far, hope her tummy troubles are passed. Very happy to hear that she decided to move around and let you know what she wanted (sorry about your book though...) Cats are too funny with their habits at times--I have one that has been sleeping on the couch overnight for months and all of a sudden decided that the old easy chair in the bedroom is the place to be. At first I was thinking something was wrong, but no, Mosie just wanted a change of scenery I guess--she's been in the chair for 2 weeks now. CATS!
