Good afternoon :)

We're back from our holiday. My mother in law came with us and I'll go back to Italy to bring her back and to pick the fruits from the trees at the beginning of August.

I found Fistuk and Prince looking really well. But it was obvious that they both missed us very much and it looked like Fistuk in particular missed us and was relieved we're home.

In spite of the holiday dose from 2.25U to 2U he did go down to 60 on most days. Yesterday and today he's had a rather green cycle besides the +3 blue bump. So with such a low nadir I'm not sure what to do about dosing?

Seems like his upper respiratory whatever ( not sure it's infection) is still there. Wet eyes and occasionally bit liquidly from one of the nostrils.

Otherwise he's been in a good spirit, quite engaged and alert. He's still quite mobile and I don't think this will change.

I've decided to give him 10mg of B12 again to see what difference it makes to his hind legs mobility.

He seemed to lose his green PMPS on this dose while you were away, but they look better now. I might monitor him a couple more days and see how does with you home. Before you came home he did look like he could use an increase as he was getting a touch more blue and too many numbers over 120.

Welcome back and hope you had wonderful time away. Glad to hear both boys look healthy and happy. You're so lucky you had someone looking after then while you were gone.

He just gave a nice PMPS so I'll keep monitoring and plan to take a PM +7 perhaps on Saturday to see what he does at night as well :bighug::bighug::bighug:

It was a great experience having someone here to watch over my babies. I found them on Mindmyhouse.com. It worked really well.
I hope you're not working too hard and that your boys are doing well :bighug::bighug::bighug:
 
Hi Shelly, so nice to see everything went so well while you have been away! It must be such a relieve to see, it is working. Do you think the same couple can come again next time or do you want to try different sitters? I can imagine Fistuk and prince are relieved to see you are back and they deserve many belly rubs now. :bighug::bighug::bighug:
 
Hi Shelly, welcome home. I'm sure Fistuk and Prince were so happy to see you and your husband. Fistuk is seeing a lot of nice greens .
I'm happy that you're mother in law will be staying with you for awhile. I bet you can't wait to go back in August. I hope what ever Fistuk has clears up soon.:bighug::bighug::bighug::cat:
 
Welcome home! I'm glad you got home safely, and that your MIL will be able to visit with your kitties for a while. I'm sure Fistuk and Prince were very excited to see their family return. I hope Fistuk's runny eyes and nose clear up soon, and that with you back, he decides the vacation dose will work for him and you don't need to increase. HUGS! :bighug:

The sitters said they'd be happy to come again and off course it'll be ideal. But I don't count on it :bighug::bighug::bighug:

I'm happy to have her over but I must admit that with all the work I have it hasn't been easy....
Fistuk is now flattened by the heat :p:bighug::bighug::bighug:

I think Fistuk decided that if he keeps the vacation dose I'll feel like a vacation at home and won't go anywhere :woot::p:woot:
Unfortunately his eyes are still teary. I ran out of ideas. I tried so many things.
Fistuk is now having the same problem you had with the heat, only in Switzerland we normally don't have AC in the house. But we actually have a ceiling fan and it's rather nice :bighug::bighug::bighug:
