A real :mrgreen: to start the day! Cleo has 4 P's in place. Appy is so so. She is eating a bit more as I type. Still missing her FF.

Last night, for the first time in years, Cleo went after red boy Simon. Simon is the little bratty "brother" who can taunt her. Runs after her, and then jumps over her. Follows her, never touches her, cause he really is a scaredy cat. Yet, until I made them eat separately, they ate side by side. Well, I don't know what happened, but suddenly Simon was under the table howling, and Cleo was right next to him smacking his head!! Bam, bam, bam! Three quick smacks :lol: :lol: Then, she just stopped, walked a few feet away, and began grooming herself! Simon jumped on the table to me for some comfort for a minute - and then was off to see what trouble he could cause with his brother Opie.

I just felt so proud of her!! She is really tolerant with other animals, and good friends with the droolers.

FYI - Avatars are missing again and board is very slow. It was also slow at work yesterday, and that is a good computer.

Way to go Cleo! Those brothers are pests and sometimes need to be reminded who is really in charge. Yay for day 11!!

I'm so glad you didn't stop the trial!! Maybe the bratty little brother got Cleo annoyed and her numbers were a little elevated.

My first 2 kitties were George and Gracie. George was very outgoing and loved to pester Gracie. However, it was Gracie who was in charge. Every so often (no doubt after George had his nose up her butt one too many times), she'd turn around and whack the heck out of him. She'd then politely go about her business and George would sit there looking stunned. Of course, I now have a whole different level of bratty little brother and a girl cat who can yell with the best of them.

Thanks Ann & Melissa - I have been happy with how good Cleo seems to be feeling, and now with some green numbers, it feels like a real OTJ trial!

Now Cleo, the party plans are in the works. Not sure what you are planning, but we will have a wonderful celebration for you.

I was able to pick up a few cans of the Paw lickin Chicken, and Cleo was a CPC kitty for her first dinner. If she likes it again, I will have to make another trip or find a place to order it online.
