*** GULP *** Just shot my LOWEST AMPS EVER and not gonna lie, a weeeeeee bit nervous......I will get one more in before I go to work (but it will most likely be a +.75 or +1. If I leave work at about 11, I should be home in time to do a +4.75.

I am not going to freak out, however, because he did get his IBD medication, which can cause a spike and I will be leaving out a frozen food treat AND I will be home midday to check on him....

Oy vey....this roller coaster ride we are all on!!!!

Very nice shooting!!! And it's great you can test until +4.75...that will give you a very idea about what Skooter has in mind this morning. Surf safe, Skooter!!

Thanks Amy! I was afraid I did the wrong thing by shooting him because I wouldn't be able to get a +2.....but feeling better with his +1 (which I know isn't really a huge indicator, but makes me feel better anyways :P)

I am off to work and will be back to test him around +4.5 and +5

If I read this right you will leave and be back at +4.75. I'd leave out some food. Good shooting. Surf nicely for you mama Skooter.

And you got your "fix" of blue too..LOL (next stop, the green lagoon!)

Really glad that he's doing so well with the frozen foodcicles so you can put off buying the auto feeder if you want to. Those cats that eat them frozen don't leave people much of a choice

So apparently this time I put TOO much water in his frozen fuds.....once I got home and scooped onto another plate, he has been eating away lololol

Yay for staying so nicely in the blues!!!!

Great cycle. I am going to try the frozen food before I try the pet feeder I just bought.

Great shooting today Molly. It's always a little confidence booster when you shoot lower and they stay nice and flat. Solid blue is one of my favorite types of cycles. :-D

So frustrating.....is this a bounce because he dared to have decent numbers today?!

I am trying not to let the number dictate my mood, but this just isn't what I was expecting tonight *** SIGH ***

Ah yes, Neko's other reason for bouncing - too much time in good numbers. :roll: But it's great progress that Skooter could hold those mid-blues for such a long stretch instead of just dipping his toes in and hurrying back up.

Instead of being pissy and frustrated with a bounce....I am choosing instead to focus on the fact he has been a snuggle bunny for most of the night..

but who am I kidding...I am still gonna be a lil growly about the bounce..... :D

At least he is staying steady and staying in yellow. I just finished soaking my feet in some Epsom Salt, which was very refreshing....the alarm went off to test while I was dumping the water and I came back and there was Skooter sitting on the couch, perhaps waiting for me?

Now, if I could only find my debit card, I would feel good about going to bed.......
