Yesteray Neko did blue bookends to a yellow day.

As usual, Neko drifted from flat yellow down to the blues this morning. In spite of being in her comfort zone of numbers, there was a certain amount of yelling for breakfast 1/2 hour early. The worst part is that civie Theo is learning all Neko's bad habits. :roll: :lol: We got him at age 7, and he had never lived in a house before, so he's learned how to be a house cat from Neko - climbing on counters, hassling the beans for food, wolf down your food like it's going to disappear.

Neko's feeling pretty mellow today. After breakfast she was lying on the kitchen floor, so shot time was with her leaning against me, accompanied by lots of scritches and maybe a purr or two. The weather is beautiful again today. Purrfect cat weather. Neko is snoozing outside on the deck. Lots of bird sounds and interesting smells to sniff. DH is house painting nearby. I'll have to join him shortly after doing another test. We like to work on the house before it gets too hot and then stop for mid-day.

Hi Wendy, nice start for the day. I'm sure you'll see green today. So cute about Theo. Kitties learn so quick, the good and the bad.
Don't work too hard on the house today.

It looks like another pink bounce for Neko. Hopefully she won't go much higher. My cats learn from each other too. They'll watch one do something to see if it works and they all do it. :lol:

That 242 seems to be a popular number lately. The skies have gotten cloudy. Neko spent quite a bit of time just lounging on the deck this afternoon. I know she used the outdoor LB, because her white paws are a bit dirty. Today is day 60 of the Lantus cartridge. Unless we see greens tonight, tomorrow I break out a new one.

@Doreen - I seldom see green from Neko during the day. She's more of a bounce during the day and drop and night kind of girl. :roll: I only did a couple hours of painting, not too bad.

@Carla - That pink seemed to be the peak and she came back to yellow. Those cats are sure smart - they know what works!

@Liz - Pink was happily short lived. Hope you got rain today. Neko doesn't like it, but she's used to rain.

@Rhiannon - The twins.

Neko better get o the wagon, yes this date that didn't happen today because of out nice stormy day at the coast, this guy helps out at the pet shelter so that's a plus :smile: Yes Lucky like that night shift for his lows to :smile:

Gonna be one of "those" nights. Of course I have to get up at +9 for rowing. :roll:

@Linda - Neko got with the program, night time lows again. :lol: We got cloud but no storms yet.

you can send Neko over to our house for the PJ party and you can get some sleep for rowing!
