China!!! I had no idea where that AMPS came from until I read Harvey's condo today....I guess she was worried about her best boy Harvey when he didn't show up for deputy duty and went looking for him!!

So much for the idea of reducing (although I wasn't at all sure I would do it anyway even though she did stay in normal numbers for 7 days)......why mess with something that's working??

Still taking the muscle relaxants for the shoulder...seems to be a little better today but the meds sure make me sleepy. Got some of that Arnica gel on the way but it'll be at least Monday before it gets here

Sorry China followed Harvey into the woods this morning, but I'm glad she found him and dragged him back to the lagoon. Hopefully they'll surf together all day and let you continue to rest that shoulder.

Hi Chris, I hope the Arnica gel helps you. You can buy Arnica gel in most drugstores, too. I just sent to Swanson Homeopathic for the tablets that Carla (@carfurby) recommended. Will let you know how well they work for Edward's aches and pains (he used to take a lot of aspirin and ibuprofin for pain, but cannot take these any more because of his scary GI tract bleed this past winter).
