MAYBE fur shot, but every time I say that it ends up being fine! LOL. I've discovered a decent technique for giving her the needle that doesn't scare her as much, but today she was on edge for some reason.

Hmm, might have been a fur shot this time. Did you sniff the injection site for any Lantus smell? Maybe put FS? beside the dose this AM.

We busted out the shaver and she was such a trooper and very relaxed as we shaved her neck to help. It probably helped that she got to eat a lot of chicken while we did it.
