hi all,
keeping Georgia and Simon and Cleo in my thoughts and prayers....

no ice cream for Rocket but not shocked on that AMPS 261

he got me up at 3ish then 4ish then at 5 am i was bagged!!! shot time 5:30 am along fluids and phenobarbital.....then went back to bed for only 1/2 hr....i was sooo wishing to stay in bed!

and as i was heading out the door he just looked at me from his bed with his sleepy eyes.....go figure!!! the bean is tired while he rests for the two of us!

i'm already on my 4th cup of coffee and it's just after noon here.....looking forward to going home and taking a nap!...it NEVER happens but it is wishful thinking!!!

DH went to check on Rocket at his lunch time...i had to nag nag nag for him to go....he says Rocket had eaten his food i left and he put more on the dish and Rocket got to go on the balcony for the time DH was home....

i feel a bit relieved....cause yesterday he had not touched his food all day...looked like he nibbled a little bit but i was not happy about that....

what a relief! at least for today!

I'm glad he's eating today, Claudia. I know this must be difficult when you are so used to being there with him all the time. I hope you can get some rest when you get home today. It is funny how we get exhausted and they are just snooooozzzing away.

Good to hear that Rocket was eating well today. And took a nap for both of you. :lol:
When you get home I think you should use Rocket as your pillow. He looks so soft and fluffy... it's payback since you didn't get to take a nap.

it must have been a furshot this morning...even when he gets ice cream he hasn't had a number like this PMPS 342 :sad: :sad: :sad:

he ate his food and seems ok otherwise....mild trembling....no idea where that's coming from but will make note of it....he is on the balcony grooming away.....so hopefully it's nothing....

So sorry Rocket isn't feeling good. Tomorrow is Friday and I'm sure you will be excited to be home with him for a couple of days. Hugs to you. I hope you get some rest tonight!

i'm cheating here with the condo...rather than opening a new one i'm using yesterday's

no ice cream and AMPS was 304

he ate throughout the day as per DH who happen to come home early from work today.....he is alert and currently outside on the balcony licking some cheetos off of DH....

late in opening a condo as i didn't even have time to breath at work....didn't even take lunch....will try to catch up w condos and post his pmps....

prayers for Karrie and Hefner (i still can't get over that name!) and to Georgia & Simon & Cleo.....

Ok Rocket Man! Glad to hear that he is eating a bit & enjoying it!
He is such a beautiful boy and he will be so so happy to have you home with him!
I see a difference, like Moonie wants to please me & eats more when she sees me coming into the room.

I havent been sleeping right for a long time..More than 6 hrs is a lot for me..and I can rarely nap.

Glad you explained the cheating...I was getting mixed up in my bleary mind!!!

I know about the being tired. I feel tired almost every morning and keep saying I need to go to bed earlier ... and then go to work knowing my cats will sleep all day ;-)
 
Yep, being tired is a way of life anymore. I also keep saying I have to get to bed earlier, but somehow it never happens...one cat or another always needs something from me, and it is impossible to say "no".

It cracks me up that Rocket was "licking Cheetos off DH." You just gotta love the characters our cats are!
