Yesterday was not a very good day for either of us. Poe ran high and I could tell he was not liking it. He was pretty lazy most of the day, and I was not much better. His was probably more physical and mine was mentally/emotionally. Hoping today is better and the NDW ran it's course, if that was the reason. Other than his appetite being a bit less than normal and sleeping more than usual, everything else was ok.

Vines to all the kitties that need them, and a non-stressful, happy Monday to the beans.

Hope you and Poe feel brighter today. :-D I think our furbabies can pick up on when we are feeling blue ~ hope the NDW has passed.

Thats a bit of a drop...meaning an active cycle with an early drop...need advice on when to test next...I was thinking a +3 or should I go +2.5?

I hope it works out for you, Poe. I finally had a day where my human was happy with all of my readings and we have been doing this for more than a year! Hopefully it will not take as long for you.
 
My human probably wouldn't test again, but he is not a guru. He would see these steady numbers and leave it alone. The experts may have different advice.

A before bed test is always a good idea, At least with my cat, she's been known to dive down a little later.

I agree with Wendy and I also would suggest that if Poe doesn't come down into blue or green tonight, that you might want to consider a dose increase to 2.75u in the morning. He's had six cycles after tonight at the 2.5u dose and he's still pink and yellow.

What do you think?

I'm with Wendy -- a before bed test is always a good idea. I've been fooled by what seems to be a flat cycle and then, "surprise!"
 
I did get a +4.5 which was 267, so he was running flat.

Doing the increase tonight to 2.75 now that I know the bounce and NDW have cleared and we are still in yellows.
