Hi, I'm happy with this AMPS compared to some of the numbers she's had lately. I think I missed some nice numbers last night, as I had to sleep! Oh well, I'm home this morning for at least three pokes or so! All of the P's in place and more play time with the mouse pole toy. Maggie is now taking a nappus on the footstool of the recliner. I have to leave the footstool up all day just in case she wants to nap at this nappy spot! I hope everyone has a nice Friday.

Good morning Ann! Nice numbers for Maggie today! Now why would you need sleep? :lol: We sometimes forget to do that. I usually just dream I am poking anyway. :lol:

Oh no, not another fur shot! I noticed the syringe needle was slightly crooked, but I still had a drop. When I withdrew the syringe, I didn't hear the slight pop of a good shot. Normally I don't have a problem with Walgreens syringes except this time.

Hi Melissa, well we did start out nice....but darn syringe..couldn't be the Bean's fault! :lol:

Ann, hope you didn't do a fur shot -- darn on those needles! I wish my kitties would have a favorite place to sit, like a footstool. They are always in different spots and I have to hunt all over the house to find them. Hope Maggie's numbers come down some for you today, even with a fur shot.

You're not even close to breaking my fur-shot record!! I hope it wasn't a fur shot. Or that most of it got in. Oh, I really sympathize with you. It is so frustrating!!

Hi Georgia, Yep, it was a fur shot. Darn those needles is right. Next one that is slightly bent, I'll toss. Another favorite sleeping spot for Maggie is my cervical pillow. She loves it and thinks I bought it for her.

Hi Patty, yes, we'll blame it on the Walgreens syringes, Not the Bean! :lol:

Hi Ella, we can be buddies with the fur shots, huh! After the +4 I didn't bother testing any more as I felt for sure it was a fur shot. At least she surfed the low yellows! :smile:

Bummer on the fur shot!!! Once in a blue moon, I'll see a little wonky looking needle on the syringe and I toss it. So it's probably a good idea.

Sounds like Maggie has it made....toy, play, footstool...aaahhh the life!!

Hi Marje, yes, I definitely will toss the next wonky looking needle. Maggie is coming down slowly, so looks like I'll be able to sleep tonight, which is what she has been doing all afternoon. The Maintenance person came in earlier to take care of leaky facuet, and Maggie just opened one eye to check him out and went back to sleep.
 
Oh bummer on the fur shot - she is coming down at +3, so maybe some got in... ?? I hope you guys have had a good day. I like Maggie's plan: footstool, sleep, repeat...
