7/15 Jake AMPS 593 Please send snowflakes for Jake

Jake had a good evening last night - he was alert and had an opinion about things (as my vet would say). He endured his butt bath and blow dry. Then he wobbled to the door and wanted out so I put him on the patio and gave him a sprig of fresh catnip to sniff.

This morning his BG was very high and he was extremely lethargic. I'm very worried.

I had a photo session done of all my cats. I added the photos to my signature so you can all see Jake and his gf Chocolate. These were done about 2 weeks ago.

Those photos are beautiful and I will cherish them forever. The photographer is a fellow volunteer in the animal rescue I volunteer with. (She takes beautiful photos of all our adoptable cats.)
She came over and did those photos for me out of the goodness of her heart - which is huge.

Thank you so much to everyone for the snowflakes and healing vines. Jake is hanging in here. He is very weak but alert and talkative. He even pooped. I know it was everyone's kind wishes and prayers that helped Jake make it through today. We will be going to the vet very soon to make sure Jake is not in any pain - as soon as my vet is back from vacation. So thank you again!

Jake we are continuing to send snowflakes and vines. Loved seeing your pictures - was the one with all the cats photoshopped or did they actually all sit together? Duct tape works everytime, doesn't it.
