God morning! Bounce broken! Finally a nice amps. Threats of increase work. OT- Im concerned about 14yo civie Molly, shes always suffered with allergies and eats limited ingredient diet, but now her neck is full of little bumps and scabs again and she scratches constantly! If i take her in to vet, they always want to give either steroid or cerinia. Poor baby is being bullied by the 5yo and is stressed out really bad. She spent hours in the bathtub yesterday my mom said hiding. Any suggestions are welcome! Off to work and left note for mom to test asap and call with #s. I am working today, usually off on Tuesday, but Im covering for my boss and will be off Thurs instead. Have a great day everyone!

Not bad #s this morning. That +1 looks like it could be a food bounce. It'll pass. I hope that Chi Chi gives you a nice surf today. Have a great day. :-D

Very nice start for Chi Chi today!!

Poor Molly. Could she possibly have a flea allergy going on? My GA civvie Mr Kitty had a horrible allergy to fleas...he he would scratch himself bald and raw. It is hard when they are getting bullied, too. Maybe some Feliway would help calm the 5 year old down?? Sending vines that things settle for you babies!

HI guys .. nice looking numbers chi chi, keep up the good work! So sorry to hear about molly .. our civvie twix picks at her fur and scratches herself raw too, and of course, our vet wants the steroid shot as well .. Maybe the feliway could help? Have a great day!

Real quick..Im at work! mom is testing and will get a+4 and then she will give her mid day meal/snack of 1/4 can of lc ff. Thanks for the replies and I will update/ comment more later!

Edit-fed at +5.25(not +4) then she went up and still going up at 7.5

Wrong way Chi Chi!!! But it's good she's clearing bounces into green.

Oh your poor little Molly! If it's not fleas, then it's likely food. You might need to change the food until you find one she doesn't react to.

If it's food, it's likely the protein source. So a novel protein, one she has never had, might help. Fish and meat are often the culprits with food allergies. Tiffany and Max were eating Nutro Max from the time I got them and suddenly Tiffany had diarrhea and my vet said to switch foods. He wouldn't tell me what to switch to but finally with my continual prompts agreed I should try Wellness. That was in the good days before the original owners sold the company. Tiffany did better but then it caused Max to block and I had to change his food. He still has a high pH which is why I stay clear of Wellness for him. Whatever the problem I hope it is an easy fix.

Well I had to threaten another increase today.. she jumped right up after her mid day meal. I got home and looked at the can that my mom fed her from and it was a 9% friskies. Not sure if that mattered, but Im gonna just start marking all the foods. Her civvie has her own little box of food and somehow mom got the wrong can out. I think shes just bouncing from the 76 earlier. Molly has always done well with the Natural Balance limited ingredient diet can foods since we switched her a few years ago, but maybe mom has been giving her ff or friskies..another reason to mark the cans! Well, Chi Chi just walked in to my room and is looking up at me meowing.. rarely does that. neg. ketones again tonight, and Im getting lucky lately catching her "in action". Another lovely day in greens for ChiChi. I've heard of lots of people taking sharpies to the tops of cans to mark them, or different cupboard shelves.

Healing vines for Molly. Being itchy in the heat is no fun.
