These are some crazy numbers. Was glad to see the two purples in spite of the black at the AMPS. Got some great advice in yesterdays condo , and I might have found a source of carbs that I had overlooked (open container of dog bones that is large enough for Charms to get his head into!) I am also switching my other cats to Young Again Zero Carbs so I do not have to worry about Charms getting any of their food.

Charms ear seemed a little inflamed and red , I have been putting neosporin on it. I seem to get better numbers when I test on the other ear, is that just a coincidence? Could the irritated ear affect the BG number?

Also if any one wants to weigh in on the Young Again food, I would appreciate other peoples experience with it. I have only read positive things so far, so I would appreciate any other opinions. - Sam

If I drop a piece of my breakfast cereal on the floor, Wink is there to scarf it up in seconds flat. People have talked about their cats prying off the lids on covered dishes of food, chewing through plastic bags to get to food, eating the bread left out on the counter.

We need to not only kitty proof our homes, we need to 'carb proof' it for those wily cats of ours. I have to keep the butter in the fridge because one of my cats will knock the cover off and eat the entire stick if left to his own devices. ohmygod_smile

That wheat flour in the Iams biscuits would raise the BG's.

Hi Sam

Here is Charms 7/14 Condo. We link them each day in the current condo so we can easily access it.

I don't think the ear being irritated would affect the BG. His numbers look pretty consistent to me.

I've heard of another member whose cat did extremely well on Young Again, no carb.

Marje - are there directions somewhere that show you how to add the link for yesterdays condo? I am not very good with this tech stuff! - Sam
