Good Morning, L&LL,
Rusty ate pretty well last night and had a good night snuggling with his beans (weather is cool and damp). Yesterday was another low-energy day for him. He spent most of it in his cube, sleeping, but did manage to eat when food was put in front of his face. I hope he'll have a good day today. Weather is not great (still cool and damp, but no rain yet).
I'm still mopping up the seepage in the basement.
I'm waiting to hear about how my car is doing at the shop. Hopefully I'll be able to get it this afternoon or tomorrow. In the meantime, I really like the "lender" 2017 Forester, despite the fact that it has automatic transmission. It gets great mileage and has much better visibility than my 2013 Forester. I'm seriously thinking of a new car, especially given the problems with leaks this year, and the fact that my 3-season tires are at the end of their life (the winter tires have 1 more winter on them before they have to be replaced)..
Yesterday Edward and I went to the Wooden Canoe Heritage Association Assembly to admire the lovingly restored wood and canvas canoes. It is held at Paul Smiths College (where our Canoe Outing next week is). We had lunch there with friends.
bbl, lots of odds and ends to do, and I will be doing them while watching the Tour de France. Very exciting day yesterday.
