Gave him another dose increase today.. And he still has the diarrhea. Must be bothering him too as it has fresh blood in it now too.

Feeling rather overwhelmed the last few days

1. Tiggys BG is high again and we are going back up the dose ladder. Diarrhea all over the house
2 baileys poops are firmer but he is still occasionally doing them all over the house, plus now he is drooling which I understand can be nausea.. Maybe the enzymes
3. Cookie (civvie)pooped on the floor too .. Not sure why, maybe she just wanted to join the party
4. Bonnie - (rabbit) bad congestion again and the meds don't seem to help. Not eating as well.. She is roller coasting and is a lot of work with twice daily bed changes and hand feeding etc.
5 Pikachu (rabbit) - something wrong with her back legs. Might be arthritis. Don't have time or funds to deal with it right now

Then my MIL decides to come over this afternoon and the house is a disaster and I spend all mornin cleaning and it still isn't anywhere near as clean as her house. And work is crazy..And I burst into tears cleaning the bathroom.

BIG HUGE LOOOOOONG HUG WENDY! Can I sit on the bathroom floor and cry with you? I know it helps...

Just give MIL blinders when she gets there...that way you can lead her only where you want her to see! :-D

sometimes letting all out is just what you need. Sending vines for all your furbabies today, I hope they are bettersoon, for your sake and their's.

MIL will understand. Hand her a dustcloth and tell her you're up to your eyeballs. I bet she'll be glad to help. We all want to be perfect at everything but sometimes we just have to be us with a not so perfect house.
I'm sorry for all the issues with your babies. Starting prayers for everyone at Wendy's house. Sending lots and lots of be well vines to everyone.

Wendy, I'm so sorry to hear that so many of your fur babies are sick. It's hard enough when 1 is sick, let alone 4 of them!

Sending big hugs to you {{{{{Wendy}}}}} and healing vines for all the fur babies.

Your animals are more important than a bit of a mess. Take care of them first, the rest can wait.

I like the idea of handing MIL a dust cloth and putting her to work. ;-) You need a little help right now so ask for her assistance. It's amazing how people will pitch in when you ask.

((((Wendy)))) You are doing a fantastic job with Tiggy. If he is indeed acro, there is nothing you can do but follow the tumor ups and downs. Just give him the juice to keep him in nice numbers and looking at today's numbers, he's definitely looking great. :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Sorry to hear about the rest of your furbabies being off. It always seems to come in multiples. I hope the visit with MIL went fine - you've got a lot on your plate and I'm sure she understands. Fur just happens.

Healing vines to all your furbabies in need. And for firm poop in the place it belongs. It sounds so overwhelming - I think it is a good idea to ask MIL for help~

Just hoping they all start to feel better!!

Let me give you a bit of insight from the OTHER side of the world...the DMIL! I'm that DMIL to several - I really don't CARE if their house is clean, I care that everyone's happy. I may keep my house clean (yeah, right) but that's ME, not YOU! So, quit sweating the unimportant stuff - your attention is focused just where it needs to be. ...and DMIL understands...

Thanks everyone, just sometimes I feel like I can't cope.. And coming here gives me comfort and stability.. Even keeping up on health seems relaxing in comparison to my home life right now!!

Oh, Wendy . . . sounds like you really have your hands full! Poop in the wrong places is soooo not fun to find even when it's one cat. Papaya is usually pretty good about sticking to the litter box, but a couple of times she has been constipated just when my parents come to stay in my Very Tiny Apartment. This means Papaya will go take her time about doing her business in the middle of the night on the rug right outside the litter box, which is also right outside the bathroom door. I thought I found it early in the AM and got rid of it, but found out later mom had been up earlier than me to use the bathroom and **happily** avoided finding a big present with bare feet in the dark! She was actually pretty unfazed though - I guess she and Dad know how much Papaya means to me and sympathize when she's not feeling well. Hopefully your MIL understands too.

I hope all your critters are feeling better soon, that work is not so crazy, and you can find some well-deserved relaxing time! Just remember there are lots of us who would totally come over and help clean if we lived a little closer, but meanwhile will be thinking of you! Big hugs!
