Hi everyone,
so we took a nose dive, I dont think he has really gone below 200's this week,
I stayed home today and got his +5 and +7 and they were 277 and 260
so I did up him this moring to 2.8 and will let him setlle into that for a few days

One thing to be aware of is that the 3u that put him low was right after a 3.5, so that probably gave it some extra oomph. Sometimes in dose reductions they will get stronger results on the first cycle of a lower dose and then the momentum wears off after that. Just mentioning it so you don't think that 3u is beyond any doubt too high a dose. It might be, and certainly in your shoes if 2.8 is not enough I would try a couple days at a skinny 3u before going to 3u again, but it's possible that you will need to go back to 3u (or higher) to get results. Just don't want you to be overly scared of that dose.

Hey Denise! Don't have any advice for you but just wanted to say I've missed you the past few days!

I will give him a couple of days on 2.8 cause he was 342 this moring and I think he might have hit
a very low blue or possibly green last night
