Well, we are bouncing all over the place here! Not surprised to be higher today after yesterday's adventures, PLUS we think he was in the kitchen snacking on last night's meat popsicle 30 minutes before we did his AMPS, which would send him high. He's chilled out right now, though, and I have a feeling his +3 or +4 will be back down in numbers we can live with.

I think an automatic wet food feeder is in our future so we can cut off his free-feeding ways after 4am for accurate AMPSes.

Also with that very high AMPS, could have been partly a wonky strip? If you get a really crazy number that is really off the last reading, check right away with a second strip.
 
Down to 301 at +4, and we think his nadirs are closer to +5, so hopefully he'll come down a bit more. Perry's numbers are definitely influenced by food, Lyane, no doubt about it! And Julie, I know what you're saying -- I've retested before when I've had a surprising strip, but I guess this one (sadly) didn't surprise me much, hahahaaa...ughhhhh. Thanks for the love, everyone!
