Max and I both woke up early. He sat by his feeding spot while I stalled as it was too early. Once it was time my big guy made me drag him out from under the bed. He ate his baby food and actually came into to headbutt my hand as I tried to measure his insulin. He's been back to doing that the last few days.

Vet visit tomorrow and as usual I am nervous. Vines and prayers for all in need with extras for Tiger and Ruth, Tricia's 4, Marje's DM, Laura and ChiChi, and any others I am forgetting with my apologies for that.
 
Love headbutts, although timing is an issue, Max. Not when Mama is measuring the insulin! Ooops! :confused:

Nice numbers today, small food spike. Looks and sounds like he's feeling good (anti-jinx).

Vetty vines for tomorrow. Calming vines for the bean. :bighug:
 
Thankfully he's not getting a dental. We did that in February. It's a recheck of everything else and labs which haven't been done since before his dental. I worry about kidneys and thyroid although he doesn't have symptoms His creatinine has been inching up. Vet visits usually bring on pancreatitis.

I think Noodle has been talking to Max, she's taken to hiding under my bed and some other furniture after or before tests the past couple days. They both need to cut that out! I have a newfound respect for you testing as much with how often you need to fetch him from his lair.
 
Oh no Patrica. It's hard on the back and hamstrings when I don't remember to bend my knees. I hope Noodle doesn't make a habit of it.
 
Max....head on back in the other direction!...You're going the wrong way tonight! (he must have read his condo and saw the word "vet")

Sending more vetty vines for tomorrow! Hope all the bloodwork will either show improvement or at least stable!
