I held off the R for a couple days to see what he was gonna do, but I can't allow the uber high bouncing. He was leveling off nicely the last time I was using it, until the fur shots, so I'm going to try to get him back there again.

Debbie, good luck with getting him down - I'm sure you will be successful. Remember to take care of yourself though and get some rest!

Thanks Jo, I'm about ready to pull my hair out. @-)

As soon as he calms down just a little, I have other ideas to try. One of which is to see if he does any better on Lev.

Here's a funny for everybody: I fell asleep on the toilet! :lol: Must have dozed for a few minutes, cause my legs went numb and I couldn't get up. :lol: It was sometime after his shot this morning, I had gone back to bed and apparently got up a couple hrs later to go to the bathroom. When I woke up and I realized my legs were numb, I had to laugh at myself. That's a new one on me! :lol:
Of course, it also makes me realize just how exhausted I am. ohmygod_smile Still it WAS funny.

You're exhausted both mentally and physically.

Here is hoping the addition of the R back to the daily routine helps Lucian.

I know Deb :sad: but I'm doing best I can right now, Lucian just doesn't want to cooperate.

Just got up from a nap, slept about an hour. I-) :thumbup

Will check Lucian in another hr and see where he's at,(although he had a snack), whether he needs the R ahead of his shot. Back to checking him late cycle again. I want to move him back to 8am/pm, instead of 7:30, I may do that this evening. I forgot I was trying to NOT feed him within 2 hrs of shot time, was groggy since I just woke from a nap. ohmygod_smile Of course, with Lucian, he'll spike whether he eats or not, but I figure it's less if he doesn't. Maybe?

Went ahead and changed his shot time from 7:30 to his normal time of 8 pm.

The 8a/8p is more convenient for me and that's what he's been on 99% of the time since he was dx'd. Although I've tried from a 6a/6p to a 10a/10p for various reasons, the 8a/8p just seems to work better for me. Considering I've changed most of my life for him, having a time that works better for me isn't too much to ask. :thumbup

:lol: Well, 'they' are the bosses, I'm just staff. :lol: ;-)

I believe cats know they come from a long line of royalty in ancient times and they think it's still that way. ;-) They are certain that they are here to be worshiped, idolized and pampered. At least mine think so. :lol:
