hi all,
i'm late opening a condo....hard to open one in the morning when i have sooo much to do before heading off to work...

Rocket seemed ok eating wise for the most part last night...he woke me up at 4ish am.....though he had food on his dish...he kept on meowing until i got up and took him to bed....it is as though he wants to either play or be petted....

i expected this high number...DH gave him more ice cream last night...though he nibbled a little bit i know the number reflects that....

thank you for your prayers....they are working....please don't forget us...

sorry if i don't visit condos...with my average of 4-5 hrs sleep a day and not straight thru and now working...i'm extremely tired...huge circles under my eyes...i look like a zombie...i truly believe the cucumber remedy on the eyes is totally a myth! have used up an entire cucumber and i don't see a difference....anyone with any home remedies to 'hide' a bit the circles?

I love that Darren gave him icecream! I came in looking for an update on Rocket. He is doing awesome.

:lol: :lol: :lol: Thanks for the laugh. Cucumbers are overrated. Lise Watier makeup wheel is great for covering them dark circles.

Hi guys .. just wanted to stop in and read up on rocket .. glad he got a bit of ice cream last night, even if his numbers are up from it .. you are always in our thoughts and prayers ... have a great day!

Hope you are able to get some rest. I'll make a note that cucumbers really don't work. :lol: :lol: :lol: It looks so nice on tv.
 
well....amps same as pmps.....

dh had checked on him at noonish.....he said (and i never believe him with his vague details) that Rocket had eaten ALL his food...but seemed a bit dry to me...so who knows how DH replenished Rocket's bowl....MEN!!!!

it's DH's bday today so off we go for a bite to eat....of course a late meal since Rocket's pred is not until 7 pm....i'm starving!!! but worth starving to make sure Rocket stays on his med schedule....

darn cucumbers! yeah....they don't work....i'm sooo tired....oh well...such is life....

thinking of Georgia and Simon and Cleo....

know i'm here if you need a shoulder to vent on....i'm also here if you need help with Cleo's CRF dx....

off to feed Rocket then med then off we go for dinner....yum! food!!!
 
Hi Claudia, I never heard about the cucumber remedy. It doesn't sound very appealing in any event! Try wearing slightly tinted sunglasses. No one will see the bags under your eyes!

I hope you and DH will enjoy the birthday dinner tonight and that Rocket will get some more ice cream later, as his special treat.

Rocket deserves some yummy ice cream. Enjoy your dinner out tonight. I pm'd you with what I use for my lack of sleep and dark circles. I wasn't sure I should say the brand cosmetic here.
 
Happy Birthday to your DH! I hope you had a great dinner and a little cake to celebrate. I wish I knew of a great remedy for dark circles under the eyes. I think I permanently have them along with the lovely bags. I have tried numerous things with no luck except maybe I should try a very long vacation on a deserted island with uninterrupted sleep. I can dream, right?

I bet Rocket was happy to get a little more ice cream. Simon loves ice cream although he hasn't been able to get any lately. My birthday is next week so maybe I should break down and give him a lick or two to celebrate.

Thanks for the well wishes for Simon and Cleo. We are struggling right now but I know it will be ok with people like you to help me through!!
