Max started his first day at 1.25 yesterday and this morning he tested at 505. Is this a reaction to the slightly higher dose? Do I just watch him to see what happens over the next couple days?

I would say he most likely dropped low last night and is bouncing. Do you think you could get a test in every pm cycle Even a before bed test will most likely tell you if Max is going to drop lower and then you will have to set the alarm and get up to test him later.

Ok, I will test him before bed. If I test him 3 hours after injection, what number-ish should I be looking for to determine if I need to check him during the night? In the low 200's?

Ok, I will test him before I go to bed, which is about 3 hours after last injection. What number range should I be looking for to determine if I need to get up and test him later? Low 200's? and if I see that, do I test 2 hours later?

Oops I forgot to tag you guys... He is starting off his day a little lower so hopefully we are on a downward trend I did check for ketones and he was negative..
