Good Afternoon, Everyone,
I appear to have done it again: another fur shot this morning (it sure looked like it got in, but Edward smelled Lev. and so did I in a few minutes. I'm beginning to wonder if the insulin can leak out again while withdrawing the syringe). Anyway, the +8.5 number (which should be nadir) seems to be a combination of the fur shot and a bounce from last night. I was so pleased to see that 130--Rusty-type--number this morning and then--whammy! I really feel bad for him. These fur shots are not good for his body.
I just got back from climbing Scarface Mt. It was humid, hot, no breeze at all, and then we had rain. But we did it and it was a pretty easy climb with the exception of some tricky, slippery rockface near the summit. There was no view from the forested summit, but one of the ledges provided a view (or would have, if it hadn't been so hazy). Very tired now and this weather doesn't help. It's like Washington D.C. summer weather (we lived in the D.C. area in the early 1970s without air conditioning and suffered).
