Morning LL!

Looks like all is peachy again in Purrcie land. It's a cool clear day here and he is out leading his expedition team on an intensive exploration of the hillside and gardens behind the house. It just cracks me up the way he leads them and they follow along in single file. I didn't get a photo of that but did get some of them checking out everything.

Looks like our numbers are headed down again, YAY! That fur shot sure had things messed up for a couple days.

That blue surf is making me smile almost as much as the photos! I have a soft spot for orange kitties and tricolors. Purrcie is very handsome -- even with the shaved wrists!

The blue surf was lovely. Thanks you for noticing that! His mood was so much better too. He gets SO grumpy when he gets in the high 200s and into pink 300, he tried to bite me when I tested him!

I can hardly wait to test him at +2 and see where he is headed today.

I can see why you like your tri colors. Gabby is so gorgeous! Do you have more pix of her I can see?

I too adore orange kitties. I've had two orange girls, both angels now, Rafter and Rosie. And Purrcie had a matching fluffy orange litter mate, angel Tommy. They were the dymanic duo!

LOVE the pics, thank you for sharing. I have been away......did Purrcie have anything done? I noticed the shaved area where they sometimes draw blood or put in IV. Hope all is well. Loving the AM +2. Wishing you and your furbabies a wonderful caturday.

What a great cycle for Purrcie! I love the pics. They're all gorgeous. I love orange kitties, too, and Nutmeg looks a lot like my baby girl, Isobel (GA). Logan likes Purrcie's shaved legs...he has them, too, along with a shaved belly, sides and neck. He says shaved is in! :lol:

We have a hill in our backyard, too, and Logan leads the way up the hill. He's a very brave explorer.

Hey Purrcie! It's me - Mannie... There is a party at Spots tomorrow - a poolside Luau party, and all kitties are invited! Stu wants to do BBQ pulled pork. :shock: I hope you can make it. Spot has this great pool, with lots of floatie things and noodles and stuff. So come, OK? ~~ Mannie

Nice blue surf going on for Purrcie today...must be thinking about that nice blue pool of Spot's! Hope Purrcie can make it to the pool party. It's going to be a blast!

Purrcie, you are very photogenic (and so are your beautiful sisters). And you have good numbers to boot. What a great day! Don't forget to motor over to the luau party at Spot's tomorrow. We're cooking barbequed pulled pork and grilling salmon. Bring your sisters!!!

Purrcie has been reading about Spot's pool party and promised to at least stay surfing blue for tonight so he could go. Looks like so far(paws crossed) he's keeping his end of the bargain so I'm going to have to let him go to yet *another* party!
These kitties, ya know? Party party party! What a life!


It was GORGEOUs here today so the Purr Man spent most of today outside. I know that makes him really happy and he gets so much exercise leading these expeditions with the civvies around the place. We only have 7 acres here but it is in the middle of a huge farm and out in the country so it's really quiet and peaceful. The kitties love it here.

All of these kitties were barn kitties and when I sold my farm in Colorado I brought them with me and they became house kitties. Having to be confined has been difficult for them to understand at times and other times I know they are so grateful to have either the warmth or the cool house to come in to. It amazes me what they understand and how well we have come to know each other.( And how much I don't know too!) I've also learned about the dynamics of their "pack" and the pecking order. Purrcie is their leader and if he goes, they go. If he stays, they stay. If he eats, they wait until he is done, then they eat. I know they, like me, would be lost without him. We all depend on each other. I like it when they include me in their little group.
 
awww, sweet pictures, sweet observations you have written. Purrcie is a lucky guy (and I would say you are lucky to have him too).

Just catching up on some condos from yesterday - LOVE the pics! Kasha says Purrcie is sooo handsome!

The kitty I grew up with was a tiny orange girl - we got her when I was 3 and lost her when I was nearly 21... She was my childhood companion, for sure... So there's a special place in my heart for the orange kitties. I sometimes think she came back to me as Kasha - there's a fiesty personality they share and Kasha does have an orange stripe on her nose - coindidence?
