Hi guys.
For those of you who were not around last night, Kiwi finally hit some blues (even one green) last night...even after a PMPS of 438. He was dropping very quickly, but the only change I made was to move up his regular LC small meal from his normal +6 to +5.25, to slow down his plunge. So now I'm wondering how he could have come all the way up from 149 at +7 to 438 at +10. His food shouldn't have done that (I don't think). I'm worried that he's back to scrounging for food anywhere he can get it (such as the garbage can)...and eating things that diabetic cats should never eat. Is there any other explanation? That was too soon for a bounce, right?
Today is a different story than last night. AMPS at 354, +2 at 285, and +5 at 313. Anyone know what might be happening. So far, today has been much different than I expected.
Anyone who has an explanation for that sudden high bg last night, or if tonight is likely to be like last night (if so, I need a nap...now).
Hope everyone is doing great and enjoying good weather. Take care and thanks for all your help
