7/10 Cassie AMPS 187 +2 257 +4 255 +6 308 PMPS 217 +2 287

Over time kitties usually have less high bounces...seems like they don't bounce quite as high. But, as always every cat is different (ECID)...and sometimes they just have to bounce to the moon for general principles...

I hope she continues her descent as the day progresses.

I would be so happy to not see black or red anymore! My spreadsheet was looking much prettier but now it feels tarnished LOL. Looks like she's rising back up now. Bummer, hopefully tomorrow will be a better day. :)

How come her +6 was 308 but her PMPS is lower at 217? Could it have just been maybe she was more stressed at +6?

It takes time for cats to adjust to the insulin they're getting. Blood glucose can go up from eating, stress and the simple fact that her pancreas just isn't doing what it's supposed to be doing. Or it could be that her liver was dumping some extra glycogen from storage into her blood stream.

Keep doing what you're doing...hopefully she'll level off soon and those numbers will come down. :)

Moe’s lowest number is very frequently his pre-shot number. His lows are all over the place, so I never can count on +6 being the nadir.

Edited to add: the lack of a regular nadir is one of the reasons I test so frequently.
