Good Morning LL! ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) Thank you Elsa! Still more of a slide, but not the kind of action we like to see. It seems like since we started this new Rx her numbers hav been just a little off. We are at 40 days for this first pen and I'm thinking of starting a new one to see if it could just be a bad pen, it has happened before.

Her tummy has been a bit upset too, a small pukus yesterday, but pepcid / cipro seems to help get her eating again. I've had to start putting things in a capsule and using a piller. She has decided all her soft treats are yuck, so I also need to find something new for her cranberry/d-mannose supplement. :YMSIGH:

Nice marine layer this morning, but it is supposed to be warming up this week.

WCR All 5 Ps, Clean Plate Club, Vines to all the kittehs in need of them and hugs to all their beans.

Hi Ann,
Sending soothing tummy vines to Tess.
I have been considering adding some digestive enzymes for Lucy, hoping it may help with her IBD.
I wonder how you like the Total-Zymes.

Pens :roll: :roll: I am almost to the very bottom of one at 64 days. Finally. I'm beginning to think that when I THINK it's the pen, it is probably the dose although I know for sure there were a couple times it definitely was the pen.

Good luck whichever way you go.

First breffis is gone w/ the help of some tuna water! :-D :-D

Marje, I noticed as soon as we started this new box of pens that Tess's had nadir moved up. And for the whole month + she has been higher than normal and on an upped dose that she usually only holds for 3 or 4 days before dramatically demanding a decrease. The last pen lasted 90 days and even at the end she had better numbers, new box and poof!

I wonder if there is some variation in the strength of the insulin, from box to box. Of course, the manufacturer would deny that. Work that juice, Tess, the bean is talking dosecrease. Have a great day, Ann and John!

In answer to your ? on T's condo, he is still on prednisolone. He is really loving this 3U dose though. A nice even line. When does that ever happen? :lol:

Bummer on the new box of pens. I hope it was just the first one that was unsatisfactory. Good luck with the next one in the box!

The Tour starts on Saturday and it looks really interesting. There's a description of each day's ride in Bicycling Magazine (online). The first 3 stages are in ENGLAND!! I'm sure John will be glued to the TV, even though it will be very early in the morning for you guys.

Hi Ann - I concur! Bummer on the pens. I hope the new ones will be better.

Bummer on her not liking her soft treats. bot does that take me back. Mannie started doing that too, such a hassle it was trying to get all his mes in him. I wish you luck. Some folks are having success with the gelcaps. I hope Tess will take to them.

And it's time for the tour??? where has time gone?
