I gave Mona a drop of insulin last night, and tried to find her to get a test at 4am, but I couldn't find her! She knew something was up. I'll try again tomorrow.

A drop again this morning and hopefully my husband will be able to get a test during the day today. Otherwise I'll grab one when I get home from work at +9.

Thank you all again for your warm welcome and advice. I'm checking out the timed feeders. :)

They can be good at disappearing!  Nice AMPS, I think she is liking the drop.

Here's a link to you condo from yesterday.

I left a not there this morning, there is a discussion on feeder from Peyton's mom, there are several links.

Hi Katie!!

I haven't had a chance to welcome you and Mona to LL. You certainly have a full plate there with your sweet Mona and two little beans!!

I looked at the previous condo and I agree that it looks like Mona will need a little extra insulin. But let's give her a few cycles to fill her depot on the drop and see what she does. She might end up needing somewhere between 0.1-0.25u but a few more cycles should tell.

Thanks! Yes, I decided that I'll hold the drop until Thursday when I can be home to get nadir numbers for sure when I do a more substantial increase. That will also give me a full 3 day at this dose to decide what increase to do.

Mona is looking really good. Nice and flat is a good thing. Just the change in food might be enough for her in a short amount of time as such a small dose is helping. I sure hope so.

Oh yes! That little drop is helping!

after 6 total cycles, we'll want to see how he's doing and we may possibly suggest an increase ...but that's still a few cycles away

keep up the great work Mona! You can beat this!
