Give her time, I used to see the same thing with Hendrick after a reducie. First couple cycles after the depot drains his numbers would jump up and I'd be like well crap, this is a failed reduction. But then he would settle in.

there's a sticky or part of a sticky around here somewhere that talks about how if you see numbers that seem high or just out of place, ask yourself if there was something recent like a dose change. Because that can often cause things to jump around a little.
