Garfunkel's PMBG was 43 tonight, which is his lowest reading since I started home testing when it was 38 the morning after his last insulin shot. He has seemed a little more tired today, but it's also been a hot day and he is eating his Evo chicken and turkey.

To clarify, is a low BG like this bad if no insulin is being given?

Two more days...

HAPPY HAPPY DAY 12!!!

I'll let the wiser ones say for sure...but i believe hypo is not a concern when they are not on insulin.

Binks has logged some numbers between 40 and 60 since he's been OTJ...

and he feels great.

Some cats routinely have low BG numbers without insulin. If you have a civvie at home, test your other cat(s). It's Garfunkel's "normal."

His numbers look great!!
