Good Morning LL laptop_smiley

I would like to thank Doodles for getting me up early this morning ohmygod_smile I have already vacuumed, washed a load of clothes, filled the foutain,
cut fresh roses from the front, poked, fed and shot :lol: Happy to report no birds this morning

Except we had birds yesterday Man she is getting gooooood ohmygod_smile she must be getting ready for the "kittyolympics" as I was tanning yesterday (I'm a sun bunny and I'm trying to not to worship the sun this summer :lol: ) self tanning with the faux brush :lol: I hear something on the patio ohmygod_smile just as I come out of the bathroom here's Doodles with a bird in her mouth she drops it looks at me like what?! The bird is now jerking on the floor ohmygod_smile I get Doodles out and grab toilet paper :lol: grab the little bird hoping it's not dead....her little head just drops :? now I'm getting bummed, I'm talking to her and saying she can make it, just hang in there so I put her outside on Doodles little condo and go back to tanning hoping I don't have a dried stripe :lol: :lol: I let Doodles in and she's at the door looking for the bird, I continue to tan and check on the bird...not doing good nailbite_smile now I'm thinking I have to put her out of her misery :shock: bummer....BUT NO!!!! She's alive she waited til I could see her on my window sil and as I opened it she looked...and most definately chirrped right at me :smile: and took off!!! yeah I love happy endings.

Today she has told me she really likes the yellow beach towel ohmygod_smile She keeps teasing me with her blue boogie board. Just when I think she'll play all day on it she goes back to tanning on the yellow towel :roll: right now all is quite on the homefront, that's what happens when you vacuum :lol: they head for cover and wait for silence and that may take awhile as I fake them out when I change rooms :lol:

Hoping all kitties have a great day and the beans do to! I'm on my way out to the garage for a spin and hits on the bag mom bean needs her life back well at least for an hour :lol: :lol:

Sounds like a lot of activity over at your place this morning! :lol: Congratulations on saving the little birdie! That was nice. You did your good deed for the day! I particularly liked the part:

wow what an exciting day Doodles and you had, not so fun for the little bird, but I'm sure she/he appreciated your care and attention, and yay for a happy ending!

Doodles has decided to hang out in her "dove" blind ohmygod_smile

I just interupted her soap "Dove's of General Hospital" :lol: the scene was Dr.Drake discussing the epidemic of catch and release of the little one's in Port Charles with Dr. Monica Quartermaine Their conclusion was a mild heart attack after running all the tests the little bird known as "Lucky" has been released :lol:

I know it's going to be a hunting kind of day dancing_cat dancing_cat when all she'll do when its time to "check the blood" is poke her head out just enough for me to reach her ear cat_pet_icon :lol: :lol:
And you know that's because I vacuumed and daddy bean is coming home tonite :smile: And she wants to make his favorite meal Roasted Dove :smile:
