Bella's numbers are looking great! Sorry about the all nighters...hope he surfs safely today - I'd like to think Luci is going to join him, it's time...she visits the lagoon every two or three days it seems...never know what she's going to do :) Have a great day Jamie!

You've been having quite a time lately! Phoebe Squeak and I had a pj party last night too -- we could have shared snacks! (Human ones) Hope all goes well today and that you have an uneventful night.

Wow, look at Bella!

Today’s cycle was probably the higher depot of 1.5 still talking. It takes about 4 cycles to drain a depot. I think I would hold onto the 1.25 dose. JMHO.

Good luck with the ortho appointment.

Well mri results are arthritis and bulging disks and I need knee surgery. Off 4 to 6 weeks, cant do that I will be homeless, cause I wont get pd for it, dr said if I dont do it, it will eventually be bone on bone

Oh no! Is there a job you could do from home while recovering? Won’t your job give you some sick time?

Arthritis is no fun at all - DH had bone on bone - got to where he couldn't walk very much or very far - hence the knee replacement this last winter. At some point you won't have a choice but to have the surgery - try to save as much as you can for that time - even with insurance paying the medical bills - no one pay for your electricity, etc. while you're off....hope you can wait as long as it takes to build up a fund for your time off from work...or get another job where your employer offers sick time - hang in there kiddo! :bighug::bighug:

Knee surgery doesn't sound like fun. But bone on bone is no fun either. My knees are getting there. I played years of tennis when I was younger. If I could only go back in time....well...I would probably play all those years of tennis over! It was great fun!:D

Bella - yeah, looks like he limed greened again. Keep that little kid safe.

Leo tried to hypo again today. I gravy-'ed him up, and he loved it. Almost down to 12 pounds.

Sleep - the most contiguous sleep I got in the last 3 days was 3.5 hours. Now Theresa is back from a 2 night family visit. Catchup time. Maybe you could catchup tonight too.

We only get so many hrs a month, it doesn’t cover a complete day, we get 5hrs a month and I haven’t been there a yr yet
That stinks!

Are you a candidate for Synovial fluid injections in your knee? It might hold you over for a bit until you can save up for while you would be out with the replacement.

Is that the name of the medicine?
Im sure there is a brand name for them. Nancy Lopez, the golfer used to do the commercials for one of them on TV about 10 + years ago. It replaces the fluid (synovial) in the knee joint that dries up with osteoarthritis.

With all the modern medical miracles, one would think they could invent some replacement thin plastic/metal cap and ball shaped plastic. They would then just go in and "glue" the material onto the existing joints instead of ripping out the entire joint and putting in new bones with plastic.
