So his numbers are kind of all over the place again since the dosing adjustment but I think he may be going low at night. What do you guys things based off the numbers?

I'm not seeing anything that points to low numbers at night. He had the blue 109 at +4 three nights ago, which might have caused him to bounce. It's possible he got into green that night later. No way to know. If he's bouncing from that, he could bounce through the middle of the night tomorrow night. I count forward 3 days from the "low numbers event." I think I'd hold the dose until after tomorrow night, and if at all possible get more checks in tomorrow to catch it if he does clear tomorrow. After you see how low he goes tomorrow, then I'd decide if he needs a dose increase for Friday morning.
