told him. go a "ok, whatever."
Pamela... the Triaditis: Bud was so miserable with all the pilling and she wasn't getting better.. we never saw her and she hid most of the time. We made the decision that living like that wasn't worth it for her so we stopped all the meds. and she got sooooooooo much better.
eeraby said:Vet thinks this is another flare up of pancreatitis and prescribe cerenia. 1/2 tab every 3 days. start tomorrow. We've had no testing.

Raw diet: only thing I give her are raw chicken livers (from when she wouldn't eat) and she LOVES them. Vet is none so happy about giving anything raw to an animal much less an 'already compromised' kitty.
eeraby said:I know it works well for a lot of folks. I doubt I could get hubby to buy into it and, as I'm on the road a lot, he'd have to. I can't even get him to put out "tempting food" in the morning for her during the day. Tempting food: canned salmon, mackerel, tuna, sardines, and raw chicken liver. When I'm here, she gets a smorgasbord (some of 2 different cans and 1 or 2 tempters. He'll only put out 2 different canned foods for her and, sometimes, she's in the "I don't' like those now" cycle. I figure the more choices, the more likely she is to eat *something*.
