Yesterday

We are holding Amy and Mark (@Amy&TrixieCat ) in our hearts this evening. Dear, brave Trixie is flying free.

This has been a very busy day of chores, some in the rain, some in sunshine. Rusty had a good day and ate OK. His breathing has been pretty good--almost "normal". I just got a shipment of Wellness Chicken and Wellness Turkey and see that the formula has been changed. I worried about this. Now we'll get to experience it. I hope Rusty will eat the new version of these foods. They are about the only thing he will eat consistently. Fingers and paws crossed.

Yo Kitties, Don't forget the Full Strawberry Moon Party tonight (see the party condo). It's a beautiful evening and the moon will be up soon. The fish will be biting and we'll catch them and grill them, sing and dance, and remember our dear friends who have Gone Ahead.

Strawberries are barely starten to ripen here due to the cold/wet spring. I'm sure the kitties will have a good party anyway.

Yeah for almost normal breathing. How did the Wellness Formula change? I spent so many years chasing lot numbers with them. :rolleyes:

Is is a sad day indeed. Another legend is joining the choir. It'll be a clear night for riding moonbeams here.

They took out the carrageenan (good), and rearranged the other ingredients. These foods no longer have sweet potatoes, zucchini, and blueberries (probably good). But . . . the 3 oz. cans, which used to be "product of Canada", are now "made in Canada with finest global ingredients". I don't trust this description! I know you won't wonder why.
 
Well, yay for no more carrageenan, but boo hiss on "finest global ingredients"! I hope Rusty likes it and it doesn't mess with his numbers.

So very sad to see yet another "old timer" on the Board cross the Bridge. Especially a fighter like Tixie, who became a legend with her sudden OTJ transformation. We are all grieving for and with Amy & Mark.

178?? I sure hope those "finest global ingredients" didn't cause that!!

Of course, if it wasn't that, what did cause it??

Come on back down to earth, Rusty....I know you want to see our GA's, but that's not how to do it!!
