Just when I thought Ravan was doing real good he started vomiting today, several times & now he's leaking urine everywhere. He gets D-mannose so I don't think it's a UTI. I'm worried it's his Kidneys.

Now that my vet is retired I have no idea where to take him. ALWAYS SOMETHING :arghh:

OH NO! I'm sorry he's not feeling well...his numbers are lowish aren't they? I hope it's just something he ate that upset his tummy...

Yes, it is always something...I'm sorry...

I hope he improves this evening! Sending prayers!!!:bighug::bighug::bighug:

I'm sorry ... I'm sure you are concerned about your little furbaby. Do you have urine-check/ urinalysis strips at home so you could check for anything obvious being off?
It could be something else associated with the urinary system other than a UTI....maybe.
Still eating a drinking normally...able to hold down fluids or a bland diet?

Ravan has Kidney disease for over a year. He drinks a lot of water & pees huge puddles. Leaking urine just started a few days ago. He's eating OK.
He was raised on a Raw diet but since he got diabetes he sometimes goes off his raw food & I feed him canned.

Don't think there's much I can do if his Kidney disease is progressing,I should have his blood work done to check but my Vet retired & I don't know where to take him now.

I appreciate you asking. :)
