What a nice day yesterday for Mannie. The whole day was a slow gentle slide into the land of the greens, from a very sunny yellow beginning. Nicely done Mannie! :mrgreen: :-D :cool: :razz: It was great for me to be able to control it all with LC food. :cool: :cool: That alone is huge for Mannie. LUBS YA big guy - your bean is proud of you! cat_pet_icon

ETA: here's hoping that the +.7 is a food spike, as I did feed a 8% carb: a little nudge before onset... , and that I didn't over carb, again.... :roll:

ahhhhhhhhh.... yesterday was DGS day. Mannie was one cool mellow laid back dude: DGS did not phase him, nor scare him, nor ruffle his fluffy huge pom pom, aka tail, or lack thereof. They had lunch together, though Mannie was seated at a safe out of reach distance. :lol: :lol: It was cute - when it was time to take Nicholas to meet his dad so he could go home, Mannie decides to lay on DGS fleece blanket that I keep on the floor for him. Ahhhhhh, sweet Mannie. I could see the thoughts: "don't worry little one, I will keep your toys safe. uhhh... is it OK if I play with this ball thingie?" yep - someday best buds. All is well in MannieLand this morning - good poke test shoot, primo fuds, CPC (!!), and no civvie whacking... though he did try to raid their bowls. Nanners are being cared for..... napping on top in progress: no doubt remembering Tess's photos from the other day: bins and bins and racks and racks of.... NANNERS!

Have a great day everyone! Today I continue my DGS sitting duties for the rest of the week. I doubt I will be able to do many condos, at least not until the evening. Know though that I am thinking of you all - have a good one, think green kitties!

My friends!! I LUBS YOU GUYS!! What a day sliding on the dunes! and the grillin' afterwards!!! SWEET :cool: :cool: What a day... I am still trying to get all that sand out of my fur.... you guys wanna get together today? maybe poolside someplace? Mannie - Pools open and ready for any poolside chillaxin! We can fire the grill up and have a little pool party and recover from the parties and dune sliding. Maybe the pool will help get all that sand outta my fur! ~Zoe

What a perfect curve! I think the kitties have something going on at the Green Lagoon, Tess still hasn't brought all my tools back. :roll: I wonder what they are up to? But as long as it is green I'm all for it! :lol:

And what are they up too? First all that work at Willie's, and now the green lagoon has become very popular. Several of my brick and mortar and fire pit supplies are missing.... :roll: Mannie came home with mortar and coal dust on his paws.... something IS afoot. :lol: :lol:

Tess - you are the bestest!! I am working on my planter now - I followed your directions to the letter. I so hope my rosemary grows.... Hey - you wanna come to Zoe's today for a pool party? I can picks you up! ~~ Mannie ~~ and psssssttttttt - mums the word on the green lagoon project, OK?

Even sharing the blanket (although not yet at the same time, I gather). I hope you are having a lovely day. Mannie has terrific numbers--classic, even!!

Hi Michelle, I love it when Mannie decides to rest on DGS's blanket after his Daddy picks him up. I would call that more bonding and even lunch together at a distance! Mannie is looking so good, and you're so good with the food and controlling his numbers. Really pretty greens today, Mannie.

Hi Ella - Wasn't that a great bus pic? and yes - that is Curry. The kitty and the baby are progressing well. It is nice to know he won't head to the basement anymore. :lol: :cool: and yes - same blanket, but not together... not yet... I am enjoying these latest set of numbers... our goal has been low blue ps, green mid cycle. he seems to be there - I just hope it stays....

Hi Ann, and Miss Maggie - oh me too on the blanket. he even took a bath. :shock: I too think it is his form of bonding. It's kinda nice - he's the only one that will lay there. and thx on the food and numbers - I do try. Sometimes it works well, sometimes I blow it too... still learning!

Hi Marje - Sure do like these cycles - after a couple of flat yellows... so it goes - it seems to be part of his "pattern" now - great stuff, followed by a few "whatevers" and then back to business. works for me!

Hi Tena - I am grateful for these cycles - wow! And yes, he really is a gentle soul. he has his "oddities" but deep down inside: very gentle.

Mannie is having an amazing day!!! I just finished my workday (blah) so had to wait this long to get my Mannie fix. Sounds like you had a lovely day with the DGS!!!

i'm so late getting to mannie's condo - but just wanted to say hi - what a super day mannie has had. although, once again, i am a little concerned at the lack of civvie whacking . . . perhaps mannie will be back to normal civvie-whacking tomorrow!
