Fergus' AMPS was 44. Guess I officially have a lowrider kitty.
*** I do not approve of selective breeding efforts to achieve these lil guys but it totally represents my Ferg right now. Even the white and orange stripes.***
This was my only alternative for Low-riding Kitties!
I got home later than PMPS normal time but Ferg had a 65 when I checked. He had not eaten much of his food but was waiting under the chair in the dining room when we came home and greeted us. All good signs.
My current concern is the neuropathy. He is moving a lot more. He may even be going to the upstairs litter box now. He has made it up to the bed from the floor twice, but he is still weak and slipping with his back feet. We are doing 2 Zobaline tabs in the AM and have not even completed a week. I guess I just had in my head that if his sugar was under control that it would get better faster. I need to be grateful that cats are able to recover from FD & Neuropathy at all. Humans usually do not. I am also grateful my Ferg is alive and that he is not paralyzed, which is where i thought we were headed.
I post after reading the other posts in the morning.
I am grateful to have my furkids today with me here for another day.
I am sending comforting vibes to those who need them today.
I am also wishing for smooth transitions for those who need it.
Thank you for following our journey.
Trisha and Fergus
(Diego and those other children fur-less of mine too. Oh and DH, LOL)
