Yesterday's condo
It's been a VERY long day, but I'm hopefully home for the evening.
Shot China at 6am at 146, DM called at 7 saying she was really sweating and nauseous, so over to her apartment I went. Called the ambulance to take her to the hospital instead of trying to take her myself since if she WAS having heart problems and they got worse, there was nothing I'd be able to do for her. Got her bundled up and off and locked up...then ran home to get a +2 and got a 141...THANK YOU CHINA! I don't know what I would have done if she'd gone diving!
Headed over to the hospital since DM can't remember all the medical history on herself and I knew they'd need it and then I sat...and sat...and sat some more. They did take her for a CT scan, but after she returned from that, we saw nobody for the next 5 hours. We were both about ready to walk out (DM was feeling much better by now) when the doctor finally made an appearance and said that none of the tests really showed a whole lot wrong. CT showed the same meningiomas in her brain as last time and her creatinine wasn't great (2.0) so her kidney's are getting old, and she was a little dehydrated. He wanted to admit her overnight for some fluids and maybe have the neurologist check on her again, and after we talked awhile, she agreed. Once we had a plan, it was easier for both of us I think. My oldest son was over at a friends auto repair shop, right across from the hospital, so I called him to come sit with his Grandma while I went home to let my poor drooler out, and check on Miss China (who was at a nice safe 70...although where else she might have been will remain to be seen)
Am going to TRY to get some much deserved rest, so probably won't get to many condo's today, but I know you guys understand!
Here's hoping for a better tomorrow! (and a QUIET night China!)
