6/9 THURS. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY 24 year old Tennessee walking horse. Had him since 2year old colt, he is still baby with huge head and tiger eyes. Cali startles him with her flash of brilliant calico colors. But I have seen her in younger days on his stall railings rubbing on his face while he googles her. No front teeth now, Ziggy [Major Hitt] zoomed and googled even before all humans do it.

Hello Elise and Bhooma. Hope you ladies are having good day. Thanks for checking on us.

BTW, hubby & I were working outside on pump and water system earlier today. When we came back inside, Cali was on her counter perch. Two Socks was right below her on the floor. Now I’m thinking she attacks him primarily when we are around. He is still trying so hard to get her to accept him inside with us so he doesn’t have to separate downstairs for his protection. Fingers crossed, calico will concede at some point. He definitely has the submission personality to facilitate.

So as Wendy reminds us, a cat is more than just it’s BG numbers. Cali’s 5Ps show her health has improved 10 fold from October 2020 diagnosis and near death status.
